Online-purchased Product Return

The product can be returned:

• In case of factory defects and/or damage of products;

• In case of delivery of a different size, color and / or different product from the one indicated in the confirmed order.

If you wish to return the product on the above grounds, you must note about condition of product and your desire to return the product by filling the relevant section of your account or e-mail within 3 (three) working days from the delivery of the item. After that, our representative will contact you via e-mail. Please note that you will no longer be authorized to request a return the product after the expiration this period.

If you return the product on the above grounds, the money (invoice value of the product) will be returned within 5 (five) working days after returning the product.

Remember,

• Only the legal representative of INGARDEROBE.COM is authorized to verify the suitability to be returned product you have purchased.

• Our authorized representative will contact you during 3 (three) working days from your notification about returning a product, which either confirms the existence of the reason for the return of the product or denies it.

• Remember that the above procedures for returning a product must be completed, and the item must be returned no later than 10 (ten) working days after the delivery of the product, the products will no longer be accepted for return after the expiration this date.

Please note that the returned product(s):

• must not be used, washed or / or otherwise damaged;

• must have a trademark identification label, as well as a product sealing removable label;

• must return with the same packaging as gets a customer;

• Product must be returned with the invoice in good condition;

• Remember that in case of missing of any of these conditions / criteria, your request about returning the product will be denied.

 

It is not possible to return:

• Open products, for products with specifics which cannot be sold in the open state;

• Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more;

• Underwear, socks, towels;

• Unit part of the set (in case of suit only pants, only costume, etc.).


Online-purchased Product Exchange

Online-purchased product on the website INGARDEROBE.COM can be exchanged only in the products of the same brand - by exchanging the item of the same value, or in case of adding money with more expensive products. Products can be exchanged only in the same city where you purchased the products.


Online-purchased Products can be exchanged:

• Within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the products In case of products which is sold for an initial price. After receiving the product, you have to check the condition of the product. You have note us about your willing to exchange the product within 3 (three) working days after receiving the product, you must confirm your will (via our shopping store, or from your account on the website) and you must check whether it will be possible to change the item (including size, brand, etc.), if it is impossible to exchange the item, then the rules related to the return of the product will apply.

Remember,

• Exchange of products purchased with us is allowed only one time;

• During exchanging the product we can only offer you the products that will actually be in a particular store in a particular city;

• Only the legal representative of INGARDEROBE.COM is authorized to confirm the suitability for exchange of the product you purchased;

• During exchanging you have to bring the product to our shopping store with yourself, therefore only you are responsible for the risk of damage of the product during transportation;

• Exchange of products must meet the conditions set out below. Before exchanging the product, it will be inspected / checked, if it turns out that the item does not meet the relevant conditions, the item will not be allowed to be replaced.
